LeadUp Youth is where passion meets purpose. This program helps young people grow into powerful leaders and advocates for their communities.

Through LeadUp Youth, participants will:

• Build Skills in public speaking, advocacy, and project management.

• Shadow Local Leaders to learn firsthand from experienced activists and change-makers.

• Take Action on real-world projects that address urgent issues like mental health, education, or other youth-driven priorities.

This isn’t just training - it’s hands-on leadership that makes a difference right now.

Chambers for Change is a network of nonprofit and corporate leaders united around one mission: advancing social and economic justice in Central Minnesota. We believe that when leaders work together, communities thrive.

Our focus areas include:

• Collective Advocacy – Influencing public policy so resources flow where they’re needed most.

• Resource Sharing – Leveraging human, financial, and organizational strengths for greater impact.

• Strategic Convenings – Hosting workshops, summits, and roundtables to set priorities and co-create solutions.

• Capacity Building – Strengthening organizations with leadership development, technical support, and best practice exchange.

Together, we’re breaking silos and building systems of equity.

Shared Voices is a nonpartisan, community-led advocacy program that creates space for meaningful dialogue and civic empowerment - especially among immigrant communities in St. Cloud.

Through Shared Voices, we:

• Raise Awareness about pressing issues such as addiction, mental health, economic opportunity, or immigrant-identified priorities.

• Facilitate Dialogue in inclusive spaces where diverse perspectives are heard and respected.

• Train Advocates to run campaigns, engage decision-makers, and influence policy change.

Shared Voices helps individuals not just understand policies - but shape them.
