Our young leaders showed growth, confidence, and a strong commitment to using their voices to make a difference in their communities. We are incredibly proud of each participant and grateful to the families, mentors, board members, and community partners who made this program possible.

At Next Gen Voices, we believe every voice has power - and when those voices come together, real change happens. Based in Central Minnesota, our organization stands as a hub for BIPOC-led and grassroots nonprofits, youth leaders, and community changemakers who are shaping a more just, resilient, and equitable future.

From bold conversations to collaborative solutions, we create the space, provide the tools, and nurture the leaders who are tackling the most pressing challenges in our communities - addiction, equity, systemic barriers, and beyond.
